Butlers is a family run catering business in the Highlands of Scotland, established in 1996. The business has changed hands to that of a young vibrant chef, John Gravil who worked at Dunain Park Hotel, Inverness and spent some time in Abode Exeter and Abode Glasgow, with Micheal Caines MBE the 2 Michelin Star Chef.
